Are you unable to access your built-in-wizards files in ACC 2010? Here are the Resolution Methods

Microsoft Access is a database software for collecting and understanding all users data like customer details, inventory details, employee details, passenger details, and whatever you are tracking and offers a way to prepare a report on your valuable data. Report helps in decision making. You can analyze the performance of your employee, passenger list, stock availability in the inventory etc on the basis of report. The latest version of MS Access for windows is 2010 and it is shortly known as ACC2010. Sometimes, when you are trying to us built-in-wizards in ACC2010, you may receive below error message:

“The database cannot be opened because the VBA project contained in it cannot be read. The database can be opened only if the VBA project is first deleted. Deleting the VBA project removes all code from modules, forms and reports. You should back up your database before attempting to open the database and delete the VBA project.”

After clicking on the 'OK' button, you may also got these errors:

“Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.”
“The Visual Basic for Applications project in the database is corrupt.”

Possible Cause: The most possible cause for above error message is that you may have not updated build-in-wizard files successfully after installation of MS Office 2010 SP1.

Note: Before trying any resolution method, you should make the backup of your database. Backup helps in recovery of Access database.

Resolution Methods: There are two resolution methods for the above error message, first one is “download the file and run on your machine” and another is “fix the error message for yourself”.
